Darby is a creative force in the cosmetic tattoo industry. As a lifetime artist and cosmetic enthusiast, she decided to combine these passions and started her microblading career. After starting her company, Brows by Darby, she quickly took the industry by storm as she implemented her marketing expertise and grew an organic online presence. Darby has an incredible passion and love for her work and it shows. She has spent years gathering the information and understanding of what it takes to develop, start and maintain a successful cosmetic tattoo business and she now wants to pass these tools and skills on. In her words, "I absolutely love my job, and it is an incredible feeling to wake up every morning excited to go to work, and I want others to feel this way about their career too". The Gatsby Academy is Darby's way of reaching out to others in hopes of introducing them to a career that will change their lives the way that microblading changed hers.
